Participants will understand the many and varied ways we create Verification experiences to both confirm our clinical work and to create exceptional patient satisfaction.

Covered content includes:

  • calibrated verification procedures (e.g., sound field discrim in quiet/noise, real ear measurement, QuickSIN, Frye Box, etc.),
  • non-calibrated procedures (e.g., live voice tests in quiet/noise, recorded speech in quiet/noise, music experiences, etc.),
  • subjective procedures (e.g., APHAB profiles and other questionnaires), and
  • the “what, how, and why” of each of the above procedures (i.e., where they fit in a successfully patient journey).
