Course Description:

Today’s hearing instrument specialists are tasked with several competing priorities, and arguably the most important is finding a way to attract and retain patients long-term. Participants of this course will gain insights into patient engagement strategies, understand the power of database marketing, and learn how to ensure sustained success in the dynamic field of hearing healthcare. 

Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will understand why patient retention is essential to building a thriving practice
  2. Participants will be able to define Active Customer and understand how to measure the Active Customer count for their clinic(s)
  3. Participants will be able to list four ways they can improve patient retention  

Speaker: Sarah Richhart, Managing Partner, Acuity Marketing

Speaker Bio: Sarah Richhart, Managing Partner of Acuity Marketing, is a hearing healthcare marketing and analytics professional with a degree in marketing from Texas Christian University (TCU). Sarah started working with hearing clinics in 2004 as an Account Executive at Wilson Group, a well-known and established advertising agency in the industry. This role exposed her to hundreds of hearing clinics over the years, allowing her to establish industry benchmarks and fine-tune the marketing process that Acuity uses with its clients today. In 2022, Sarah became Managing Partner of Wilson Group and renamed the business Acuity Marketing. Sarah and her team are passionate about helping hearing clinics attract new patients and keep those patients connected to the practice for life, and they excel at developing marketing plans that often result in clients spending less while getting a better return on investment.
